By using Photo Peanut, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by MRD APP WORLD (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Permitted use
You may use the tools for lawful personal or commercial image work. You remain responsible for the files you select, the rights needed to edit them, the generated output, and compliance with any destination’s rules.
Prohibited use
Do not use the website to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, publicity rights, or platform rules. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, introduce malicious files, manipulate advertising, circumvent security controls, or misrepresent generated materials.
Local processing and output
Standard processing occurs in the browser. Results depend on browser decoding, canvas support, device memory, settings, and source quality. Keep originals and verify output before relying on it.
No professional certification
Passport, store-listing, accessibility, legal, privacy, and publishing guidance is general information. Photo Peanut does not certify that an image meets government, platform, professional, or legal requirements.
Intellectual property
The Photo Peanut interface, branding, written content, and original code are protected as applicable. You retain rights you hold in your input images and generated results; the local workflow does not transfer ownership to us.
Third-party services
Hosting, email, analytics, advertising, and external links may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Optional analytics and advertising integrations are disabled in the default project configuration.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Browser capabilities can also change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where lawful. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for lost originals, failed exports, indirect losses, platform rejection, or decisions made from general content.
